very complex interview asking all the most difficult questions I ever had. it was one on one and it was followed by computer test. they explained the responsibilities and training process, gave details about the salary and the different benefits.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. Three Rounds: 1. Initial call with recruiter. Typical behavioural questions: what type of employee are you? tell me about yourself etc. 2. Group Interview with 6 more candidates. Great experience and very interactive. There was a group scenario that was just to see how you work with others. 3. "Batch Day" Interview. 2 back to back interviews-- one with a hiring manager one with a campus manager. Hiring Manager was more behavioural questions and some situational. Campus manager was a scenario in which you act as the Sales Rep.
