The recruiter and I had a phone screen within a week. Although it was a positive interview, two weeks went by before I had to reach out for status to which I learned they were reshuffling candidates to different recruiters. At this point, I had to do start the process over with another phone screen with a new recruiter but that was okay with me. Brian P. was fantastic and helped me along the process the entire way, even so much as to giving me interview feedback when asked - he really wants to help his candidates succeed in their interviews. I originally applied to a different position within Security. Although I did not get that role, Brian worked with me to find an open role on an adjacent team and we pushed me along the process for this role to which I felt at ease with each interviewer I had and easily gauged the team's needs, wants, and expectations. I am really happy things worked out as they did!
