The iterview was very easy and quick. As long as you have a background of working in collections, its all about explaining our experience and if you don't have scenario from the certain question they give you then you can give a scenario that you could do. The team were very friendly and supportive and made everthing smooth.

I will say the best interview process i have seen so far, had interview with two of managers and then another round with senior manager. The whole time it was ensured by interviewers that I am comfortable and it seem like we are just discussing about how a daily activity or a regular day looks like in Collection & Recoveries. The best interview experience I had ever.. I was nervous in start but everyone was so good and the whole interview was planned in such a way that no one will be nervous.
