I recently had the opportunity to interview with Zuub for a position I was very excited about, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling demoralized after two rounds of interviews.
During my first interview, I felt a genuine connection with the team and was enthusiastic about the role. However, I sensed that the founder insinuated I might not be the right fit, which left me feeling uncertain about my chances. The feedback seemed unclear, and I couldn't shake the feeling that the decision had already been made.
When I was invited back for a second interview, I hoped for more clarity and a positive outcome. Unfortunately, I again picked up on cues that suggested they were leaning away from my candidacy. Despite my efforts to showcase my skills and enthusiasm, the overall atmosphere felt discouraging. It was disheartening to invest time and energy into the process, only to feel that the outcome was predetermined.
Overall, interviewing twice at Zuub was a challenging experience. While I appreciate the opportunity, the lack of constructive feedback and the vibes I received left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. I wish the process had been more transparent, as it would have made for a more positive experience.
