Colloquio
After reaching out to a former colleague about a job posting, I was quickly called into phone screenings with the Hiring Manager and Recruiter. Following great conversations with each over job details and my work history, I had several interview sessions over a two-day span. In preparation for the approximately 3+ hours of interviews, my Recruiter walked me through the high level topics that would be discussed in each interview pair. It was incredible and the type of transparency I have never seen in a job interview process before (including my current employer). All of the interviewers were professional, even in the case where two interviewers were running late, I received both an email notifying me AND an apology at the start of the interview. Although I didn't get the offer in the end, I will be looking for opportunities in the future to join.
