      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Zwift (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di nov 2021

      Colloquio

If you value your time, avoid this company at all costs. I had the worst interview process experience of my life: - I was first contacted by a recruiter based in the USA for a position in the UK. Although I did find out later on that they have staff in the UK available for doing job interviews and avoiding the massive time difference, fair enough. 30 minutes of very friendly interview. Some questions of the type "what would you do in X situation". - Two days later, I was contacted by the same person for scheduling an interview with 2 people at the same time. Normal process so far. Again, very friendly interview. 45 minutes this time. A lot of different questions. Some of them way above of the requirements of the position I was applying for. After finishing this interview I was told that I needed to do 2 more interviews... fair enough I guess. - A few days later I was contacted again for scheduling 4 different sessions of 30 minutes with 4 different people and different time zones (UK and USA) and even different time zones within the USA. Absolutely madness. - After more than a week for arranging all the different sessions (3 different time zones after all) they sent me all the appointments with all the different people. I obviously stuck to all the appointments despite of having my own scheduled. - After doing these 4 sessions I was told that I would know something within "2 days" and roughly a week later I found out that they posted the same job offer without even sending me an email telling me that my application was rejected. If you are still reading, I am not offended for being rejected. I am extremely upset for wasting my time like this and not even receive a single notification from their side after doing 6 different interviews! Just ridiculous. That is why, if you are thinking about apply here, just don't. They will probably make fun of you as well. And if you do, imagine what must be to work in this chaos.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

Considering that I have done a total of 6 hours of interviews divided in different sessions you can expect absolutely anything. There were many questions of the type "what would you do in X situation"
