My interview process was so disappointed!!!! I felt disrespected by the interviewer as they turned off their camera but only me turned camera on. I have never seen their face nor their reaction throughout interview process that made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, seems like their internet connection was unstable during interview as i couldn't hear them clearly and also they lose their connection halfway of the interview. They rarely ask questions about experience and ask rather old-fashioned questions like, can you handle pressure? or, list your strengths. And they seemed to be trying to end the interview quickly because they didn't really ask me any questions, but just let me present the assignment that I had done. I knew I wouldn't make it through the interview because my expression throughout the interview must have been bad. And they really were ghosting me because when I called to follow up, they said there was no feedback yet.
