Extremely Unprofessional and disorganized teams! The initial interview process was smooth with 2 interviews, one with the HR for 30 min and thereafter one with hiring manager for 30min on Skype. They hiring manager was eager to ask me to come for face to face interview and they booked my flights 16hrs one way, 1500 Euro tkt cost+ Hotel. However 1 week before the interview the HR team disappeared. After writing multiple times to seek the final confirmation for airport pick and address, a few hours before the flight ( when I was all packed up), the HR replied in a simply mail, "apologies for the inconvenience, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL the interview and we not sure of the reason". Luckily I was not stranded at the airport, not knowing what to do in Germany. Very disheartening and disappointing experience considering such large organizations with such inefficient management systems and INCOMPETENT HR team!
