I applied for the position, the HR reached out to me and we've had an interview on 29/11/21. I received very good feedback and I was immediately told I would proceed to the next stage with interviewing with the team. I immediately provided my availability as requested on 29/11 however I did not receive a response until 9/11 despite me sending reminders. The HR person did not attend the interview second interview which was held on 11/12 and instead of interviewing with the team I interviewed with 2 directors from 2 different teams. One of them did all the talking and the other one said very little even when I asked about their experience. At the end of this interview I was told they would debrief and I would be informed about next steps. Between the second interview and the day I received the feedback its been over 5 weeks. I have sent HR and the people who interviewed me a number of emails and I had no response. When a follow up was finally arranged, I was told that the scope of the position has changed and that my application was no longer considered with no other explanation or real apology for taking this long to inform me about the status of my application.
