HR attempted to connect through LinkedIN. I received a phone call from HR. Within less than a minute, HR cut me off mid sentence, telling me I am not a right fit. I found it strange since she reached out on the job offer instead of me applying. Very unprofessional. HR told me to recommend my friends for this role. HR seems inexperienced and insensitive.
