5 interviews in total, which took around 2 months, plus an onsite 5-day project that needs to be presented on the last day. People were super nice, smart, and humble.

The first interview is asking the behavioral questions, and they wanna hire interesting people. After the online application, there is a online test, and then the first interview. After one week, I am invited to the second interview, and the HR told me there will be case questions.

2 rounds of Skype interview, the final round was a 5-days on-site assessment. the first round was conducted with an HR, asking general questions about personalities and values. In the end, there were 2 mini case problems. the second round was conducted with the General Manager of Greater China. It was also about personalities and values but dug deeper into details. a case problem was also asked in the end but not too difficult to solve. the final round was an on-site assessment for a week, where I was given a task to do. In my case, I was asked to form a strategy for a well-known realty company in Taiwan.
