Interviewers not that familiar with the role they were interviewing for. Still got the job though so not to difficult.

Comprehensive interview panel. Consisted of Facilities Manager along with Area. Panel style, standard questions to judge your ability to think constructively and operate safely. Good mix of questions to judge both your business acumen as well as safe work practices and problem solving ability.
