First was an hr call, followed by a take home assessment containing trivial frontend question and one array based and a hiring manager round. Next stage was of 4 rounds, all in one day at their office.
Tech discussions on past projects and experienced etc, the coding round was quite easy as well, followed by a behavioural round. One of the tech interviewers was a bit condescending.
Overall, all the rounds went really well and the interviewers also seemed contented about it. I was told that the feedback is really positive and I'll be called for last discussion with ceo etc.
After that there was no communication from them for 3 days and then I got an email out of the blue with a scripted rejection response and a link to book discussion time for a week later.
Honestly, it was just a waste of time. Would have been better if they had been more transparent and honest about everything from the beginning.
