The interview process had 4 stages: 1. Hiring Manager interview 2. HR screening 3. Homework case study (one week to complete) 4. On-site interview with case study presentation (with UX Design Lead, Head of People & Culture, and a Frontend Engineer) I was rejected at the final stage. HR called me and explained they chose a candidate with more experience in Resource Management. Overall, the process was positive and professional.
