I applied for Frontend developer role. Received email from HR in few days asking to share availability for video interview for initial discussion. She asked basic questions about the job and skills. 2nd round was to complete the take home test. It is easy test for a experienced person. I finished it within a week. 3rd round was Technical interview. Both of them asked usual Javascript and some ReactJS questions. One of them was reading questions straight from one website (I found all those questions in same order on website). And the weird thing was they had no idea that I have previously submitted the take home test solution, they were not even concerned about it. Javascript questions were super easy (if you know core javascript). After that no communication from HR. I followed up multiple times, sent emails, contacted on LinkedIn, even left a voice mail but nothing. She just ghosted me. After investing so much of your time in coding test, technical interview, the least you can do is give a sincere feedback or respond back. Don't waste your time in coding test or rather applying for this company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to be honest.
