I was referred by a friend. First I had an interview with the HR manager and the second interview was with the manager of the business development team. Both of them were extremely nice and friendly so I felt at home. During the interview with the manager of my team my internship was confirmed, so i knew immediately that i got the internship. They supported me in my visa application as well
