The interview process started the most pleasant way, friendly recruiter and interviewers.
As usual, an introductory call, take home test, 2 separate interviews with team leads followed by a behavioural interview.
Despite beautiful feedbacks from all the above I finally got a feedback call saying they need someone with more years of experience with a tool.
Reason sound so ingenue as I have over 3 years of experience with the tool (Terraform) and answered all questions around it well, that aside years of working with a tool never correlates how well you put it to use.
Later found out they don't recruit blacks and I confirmed through the joinees photos on their IG.
It was really painful to waste 3months in anticipation, all ending in a "NO" without a solid reason.

Colloquio
There were 3 stages: first call with HR, technical/challenge interview, and team interview. This was also the best interview i have had. The interview was well coordinated. The HR was really Helpful and provided answers to questions i had concerning the team. The team members were also very friendly, The interview felt causual as the team made the interview process seamless. I came away from every interview with a very positive impression of e-bot7 which helped me select them over other offers
