The recruiter simply called me and said the hiring manager wanted to meet with me to discuss the position. It was a little wierd as I had no initial conversation with the HR recruiter. I met with the hiring manager the next day for a 1:1 interview. He dived right into the detailed documents I brought in. He was particular about finding out how I deal with documentation. Keen on functional requirements gathering. Very process driven, it appears. Wanted to know details on UAT, regression and various test cases. Wanted to understand the entire process I follow in my current company, from BRD's to PRD's, e.t.c. Asked me what was my most challenging experience and what was my most significant accomplishment. He also did not go into much technical detail, but wanted to know if I'd used MS Project and to what extent. He asked me to walk him through the process flow diagram I had in my PRD. I did not get to meet anyone else. The office looked nice. The conference room that was booked for the interview was taken, so we had to find another room (Typical in Silicon Valley).
