Colloquio
First a phone interview, then an in-person interview with two managers to demonstrate problem solving/programming skills, including the use of a whiteboard, as well as a tour of the local office at that time. From there, a written offer was made (though I did have to ask for it in writing.)

It's been a while, I think it was a difficult interview in general, constantly asking you to think. Difficult ISN'T bad.
