Fairly straightforward; thought it went well. Got feedback from the staffing agency they were representing, and the guy referred to me as a Jr. Admin with no experience. I've been doing this for a quarter of a century... I have to believe they simply weren't paying attention.

I've never had such a disappointing experience applying to a company. Initially, I had a promising first interview with the hiring manager to discuss my qualifications and was excited to meet the team in Houston. However, on the day of the interview, it was abruptly canceled. I tried to reschedule but received no response. While I was in the final stages of receiving an offer from another company, the HR manager finally contacted me and arranged another meeting with their director. Unfortunately, I was ghosted again, with no apologies or acknowledgment for the wasted time. I'm glad I dodged a bullet.
