Interview process was lengthy- meaning from the time I interviewed via telephone to when I received the offer. The woman I spoke to was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable during the phone call. After receiving the conditional offer of employment, I received a call stating that on boarding would be postponed indefinitely and they would contact me "when the market ramps back up". While it was disheartening and frustrating, I am glad that this opportunity was missed as it seems like a very unprofessional atmosphere. My advise to the hiring manager would be to NOT take back offers once they have been made due to "poor business workload".
