A terrible process led by an awful man. Supposed to be 15 minutes long. I am one (!) minute late to the call and he is not there. I wait. I send an email asking if he is joining. He re-joins and criticizes me for being one minute late before he says anything else, no 'hello' or 'how are you'. Turns out he was just lurking in the waiting room waiting to be salty to me for being slightly late. Says he is a very busy man who has to finish the interview in the 15 minutes allotted. Then he rushes through a series of blunt questions about my experiences. With one minute left to run on the interview time he says we should do a cold calling role-play (I thought he was a very busy man with only 15 minutes to spare?). I politely suggest that I'm happy to do the role play, but we should do it on a subsequent interview because we don't have much time left, and I want to ask my own Q's about the op and the company. He says: ok. We will see about another call. Goodbye. And we never spoke again.
