Disappointing not to hear any feedback at all after my interview with the hiring manager. At least send an email saying they decided to continue the process with another candidate.

Interview was a two stage process. First round was friendly, second round was a rather intense panel interview.
Didn't receive an offer, and was not contacted at all afterward for feedback or confirmation.
I felt this was very unprofessional considering the time it took to prepare the presentation for the interview.
