I originally came in being interviewed for a sales associate position but because of my past experience I was offered the sales lead position. The manager was very sweet and relatable being around the same age as me. I had a first interview just asked general questions about prior job experience and my goals then a second interview with the area manager a week later. Her questions were more situational and experience based. I was also sent onto the floor on a "mission" to pretend to find an outfit for a customer going to a sorority event. Overall a good interview experience

So easy. the questions were simplistic to answer and the hiring manager did a great job. I was able to feel comfortable the entire time while i was interviewing. The whole process took around 15-30 minutes and the interview led to an offer within a week.
