      The HR team contacted me the day after I applied for the CSM position to schedule a video interview. The recruiter was friendly and asked relevant questions. She suggested that I apply for a hybrid role combining CSM and KAM responsibilities, which I considered and accepted. I presented a business case and attended an interview with the sales team at their office. Afterwards, I was informed via email that my profile aligned well with the company culture and was considered a strong match for the CSM role. It was also communicated that my salary expectations were reviewed in relation to the budget for the position, which I had shared at the beginning of the process. I asked if I could meet with the Customer Success team, and three days later I was invited to do so. I returned to the office for the meeting. I was then invited to meet with senior management. The conversation covered the role and the company. Following the interview, I was informed that the feedback was very positive and was asked to provide references. The company contacted two of my former managers by phone and video call. Later, I was asked for an additional week for the decision process, and at the end of that period, an extension was requested. Finally, I was informed that the company proceeded with an internal candidate. The entire process took five weeks. I appreciate the opportunity, the professionalism of everyone involved, and the time dedicated to the process.

      The questions covered a wide range of topics throughout each stage of the process. I was asked about my background and professional experience in each stage, where I see myself in the future, whether I am comfortable with sales activities, what the company means to me, how I would handle specific scenarios, and whether I would feel comfortable performing the responsibilities of the role. The interviews lasted between 30 and 60 minutes each.

      Très bon process de recrutement Entreprise réactive, et qui cerne bien les attentes du candidats pour partir sur des bases alignées, et qui ne fait pas perdre de temps ni au candidat ni à l'entreprise. je recommande cette entreprise pour de futurs entretiens.

      I had an extensive online application process, which had seven interviews and one case study: - Initial phone call with HR. - 30-minute interview with HR discussing the company and role. - 45-minute call with the team lead to delve into the role and team dynamics. - Case study: created a QBR presentation for a hypothetical client. - 30-minute roleplay call to defend the case study. - 30-minute call with the someone from Sales Department, This interview was not a good experience, they proceeded to say that the company needed to force people to go to the office because the offices were expensive. Asked me why I spoke good English, mentioned a few bad things about my country. - 30-minute office visit. - Second 30-minute office visit. - Final phone call with HR to discuss salary expectations, only to be informed that they could not pay me what I wanted. Throughout the process, I repeatedly asked about salary bands but was told they needed confirmation on the budget and I continued to mention how much I was looking for. Ultimately, I received an email stating they decided not hire anyone on the team. Gofluent offers a “hybrid” mode but is not true, they want you to go to the office 4 days a week. And during the first three months you are required to go every day, only to be stuck in online meetings.
