It starts with a phone screen, where they check to see if you are engaging and have personality, then a face to face with a district manager and a follow up with another DM. You go to one of the locations and have a conversation about your management style and how it would relate to honegrow.

4 interviews upper management ask the most childish book worm questions. No real genuine or real thought process or involved.the director of operation has a degree in biology so imagine what would she know about running a restaurant business. She is v nice but also v fake and a hypocrite
