Round 1 is with the HR head, who is more interested in knowing your credibility and confidence and doing some reference checks.
Round 2 is with the Director, who is also concerned with your confidence along with your communication skills, expertise in the subject matter and importantly your willingness-to-learn attitude, if present or not.
