The interview process was short and very casual. The general manager asked me questions from their laptop as they interviewed me, and there was no real pressure. At this time I was not sure what position the interviewer held in the company, as they did not disclose that to me. The process lasted about 20 minutes.

It was fairly easy. I had enough part time job experience in the food industry so I knew the answer to most of the questions. Anything regarding bigger than the role of a team member, is to always consult the manager first. Initiative is good but make sure to tell them you'll always run it by the manager.
