They should tell you rather or not if you got the job unless they need a second interview. The hiring and getting in process usually takes about a week. Background check is necessary to start.

First step was an Online Assessment with their website, and they will assess your results if they would proceed with the application or not. Fast hiring process, committed recruiting teams as they will continuously send you emails and notice for the final interview, unfortunately I did not had the chance to attend the final interview due to some commitments.

It took almost 1 month. There is like an assessment first, I think to measure your english proficiency and work ethics then after that there is a face to face initial interview that lasted around 30 minutes then a final interview through phone.
