The initial interview and Skill Test are easy. The interviewer will check how you respond to his questions. Basically, they're just checking if you can express yourself clearly in English. The final interview, on the other hand, is a different story. They have a very good HR that will test your personality, skills, etc. by asking you situation-based questions.

During the interview they make you feel as though everything is perfect. Only when you get inside and realize Management is poor. They don't care about lower staff. Depending on which campaign you work for your salary can be a lumpsum with lots of overtime. They do have lots of room for moving up the ladder. But as I said, the Management is Poor.
