Had a call with recruiter and he set up some time with a product lead. He interviewed me for over an hour and there was no response. I think it is fair to respond with a yes or no.

My interview process seemed a bit drawn, 6 interviews over the course of two weeks, each an individual audio or video call. Additionally I felt like I was leading in some of the interviews. They seemed less prepared as to what they were trying to get from me in the interview as well as they didn’t have a lot of information on next steps and timeframe. I believe having multiple people on a call generally can be a better way of interviewing if you want multiple people to interview vs one at a time. The last part, though difficult, was actually a smart decision in my opinion. I was invited to a one week payed trial of doing the job. This was very beneficial for both parties to make sure both the work and culture was a good fit.
