I participated in an interview for the DevOps Engineer role at iTechnolabs Software company and felt positive about my performance. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my application status. The indefinite hold on my result without any explanation reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and transparency in the hiring process.
