Many potential candidates turn down interviews just because of their arrongont-sound recruiters. What a pity! On this company webpage, if you analyse it thoroughly, it is ALL about them. Less about what they can develop their employees in career term. It's about what people can bring for them to their table instead. A careful research before applying to a company is significant. Company's webpage tells a ton of stories if it is worth joining. And of course, Glassdoor is perfect platform to voice the truth. At very initial screening stage, it reveals all the ugly facts.
