I was called by a recruiter and then fixed a telephone interview following by a face to face interview. Which happened in one weeks time. The interview went good, they kept on asking competency based questions and they wanted someone who got exellent customer service skills.

The interview process was quick call via whatsapp and then client interview via gmeet. They didn't message me for a few days so I totally gave up on them but then they reached out to me eventually.

Interview process was conducted in three different stages:
The first one was with HR, the second with an operation manager and the last interview was with the global operation director.
Most in depth queries related to the role were asked during the second interview, questions were mostly scenario based.
