Did an online questionnaire, then got called in for a group interview. The only reason why I'd say it was challenging is because there were hundreds of candidates. You're put into a group and they give you questions to answer.

A brief 15 minute interview near the store I was applying for, with both managers from the store. I heard back within the week that I interviewed with an offer.
