It was campus recruitment. Had a presentation by the senior staff of L&T where you can clarify questions and clear all your apprehensions. First had a online psychometric test with analytics and english vocabulary questions. Followed by interviews on the same day.

The 1st round was a personal interview round. There were a variety of questions asked ranging from technical to HR related questions. This was followed by a extempore round where you have ti speak on a topic given by them for 2 mins.

Interview process consists of 2 rounds Face to Face interview and written examination. It is a campus interview. Students who cleared the written examination were asked to come for face to Face interview. Then I was told that I was selected after successful completion of technical interview.
