I sent the store an email with my cv on it and I got an email a week later asking me to come in for an interview. The store was an outlet store so not very big, so the manager took me out to a grassy area and we sat down. It was a very informal chat where we spoke about our love for fitness. She asked me questions like: how do you like to sweat, tell me about yourself, when am I available to start work and what shifts can I work, why would I make a good fit for lululemon? It was a lovely interview and very comfortable. I think you’d need a passion to work in the fitness industry or be interested in sport as that’s what I gathered everyone at the store were like. I was told that I’d hear the following Monday (4 days later) but hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday. I emailed the manager and she asked me to ring her, during which she said I had the job.
