I was referred by somebody who already worked there. It seems that most of the people they hire are referrals. I had a group interview first, with about a dozen people at a Starbucks. With a key leader. Then about a week later I had a one-on-one interview with the store manager. They were very low-key, very casual

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
