First it starts with a group interview - mine was with 7 other people and 2 assistant managers and they ask questions mainly around personality and ask how you sweat, why you chose lululemon, and things like naming someone you look up to and why. Then, you get invited to a second one on one interview with the manager. This one involves deeper questions about lululemon, to talk about how people would describe you and how you would benefit a team. Then they perform a background check and let you know if you are hired or not.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
