Phone screening, took about 1 week for a response, then two weeks after the phone screening. Second round was a zoom interview with the hiring manager, third round was a panel interview. The team is adamant that questions are answered in the STARL method.

Did a 30 min phone interview and two separate 30 min in-person interviews at their head office. Every interview was incredibly positive and I felt very strongly that I would be getting an offer. I got a brief email from the recruiter saying they chose someone else. I responded saying I was shocked and could I please have some feedback. The recruiter NEVER responded. So incredibly rude and unprofessional considering I had spent hours prepping and undergoing their interview process. Would never work for them now.
