I had two phone interviews. The first was with the recruiter which was successful. Very helpful in arranging a convenient time for the second interview which worked well as we were in different time zones. The second interview was with the hiring manager. Overall the whole process was fairly relaxed, and took a conversational approach which was quite welcoming. Unfortunately I did not go on to the next stage.
