Interviewed with this company years ago and had negative experience. Gave it another shot since it was a different interviewer. First screen went well, was to move to next round and was ghosted. Will not work with this company in the future

Initial phone screen with recruiter going over standard questions. Next steps were to meet with hiring manager for 45min-1hr. Initial interview with recruiter went well. Had an in depth understanding of role and was able to answer all my questions. Quick to respond post-interview for follow up. 2nd round interview met with hiring manager where questions were more directed at my current employers business model (a competitor) as opposed to my candidacy or qualifications for the role. Interview was shorter than anticipated, but asked for follow up documentation. Spent time crafting multiple follow up resources which was never read/watched.
