It was a complete waste of time! Don't make hopes and keep looking for other companies in parallel if you're giving interview at NG-VOICE!!! I applied for a DevOps position in February end and got the first interview in March. 1st Round (HR Interview) : The HR was nice, he said I will get back to you within 24Hrs to which he answers after 3 days. No problem it happens I didn't mind that decision. 2nd Round (Hiring Manager) : This was Genuinely the best round I had. HM was really supportive he asked fews question on my resume, monitoring resources and my ambitions. I passed the round and got the case study the next day. 3rd Round (Case study): It was a 5 day case study, Questions were asked on like create a cluster, deploy a db cluster etc. I finished the case study in time and also made demo videos which took me 24hrs of continuous work. After 3 days the HR mailed that they are searching a date and time to present it. I was like ok that's my chance to prove myself. I was confident enough to tackle this. Case Study Presentation Day: The presentation went exceptionally well than as I expected. I gave all the answers, showed my though process and had a great discussion about my resume and the different departments I have worked with. I texted HR after 2 days about the result, he said I will get back to you by weekend. The HR texted on weekend that they had to postponed the results because some people are left to present their case study. I was like "Ok fair point" ( But I was but optimistic that I can clear this round and can go to the last and final C-level Interview). A week after the HR called me directly and said that, they have to close the position because the management people changed the requirements. I was so pissed! A complete waste of time! I contacted few more people from linkedIn and reddit who gave interviews and got the same feedback from them.
