I was referred to this position by a friend. The first step was a phone screen by HR. This was followed up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step was a series of panel interviews on site. There were 3 separate panels with each panel consisting of 2-4 interviewers. After the job offer, I had a few conversations with HR to negotiate compensation and join date. After the offer was accepted by me, they conducted a drug test and a background check.
