3 rounds in total: 1 with HR/TA business partner, 1 with hiring manager, 1 panel interview with regional brand and business unit directors. Talent acquisition/ops team: they were communicative every step along the way, scheduling the interview appointments, advising timelines and next steps as well as sending across appropriate information such as interviewers' LinkedIn profiles and brand/company overview ebooks to candidates. Hiring mgr/Functional area directors: they asked a variety of questions around determining aptitude and attitude, and assessing approach based on role requirements. For the 3rd/final round panel interview the allotted time felt a little compressed. I'm impressed with how they proactively offer feedback for personal development of unsuccessful candidates, even though I would have automatically solicited for feedback myself. Overall a good learning and practice experience, despite the disappointment.
