I underwent an initial video interview with a manager, followed by a subsequent one with a founder who assured me they'd provide feedback within two days. Despite my persistent follow-ups, it took several weeks before I received a response for an in-person interview, which was notably positive. However, despite expectations of hearing back within five days post the in-person interview, I received no communication. It's been over a month since then, and regrettably, I haven't received any further updates. It appears I've been ghosted. I know that they are a busy startup, potentially with numerous candidates, some of whom may be more qualified than I was for the position. However, I find it hard to swallow to be ghosted after receiving such positive indications.
