      The one standout is the consistently shifting goal posts by the firm’s HR. They will ask you to furnish papers and ask several personal questions too, before giving the offer. This is a huge red flag! The second red flag is the company expects you to sign the bond immediately but the appointment letter is given a month later. The third red flag is they will probe into your personal life, your family life and all other aspects, after the interviews are completed. My understanding is this is a company that’s highly distrustful of people, believes people are expendable, does not believe in transparency and fair practices. The whole interview process was smooth but thereafter, there was complete chaos. Three things for a candidate to remember for a fair experience- 1. After the last interview has concluded, ask for an offer letter. 2. Unless you have an offer, you are within your rights to refuse to submit any documentation. 3. Do not sign any bond until you have an appointment letter. 4. I’ve spoken to ex employees and their Google reviews are legitimate, likely a great work culture is not high onVSplash’s priority list. If you can skip this company, do. Or else, at least follow these steps to ensure they don’t pull their usual shifting goal posts scam on you.

      Thank you for your feedback. Few companies may not take the trouble of verifying candidate documents. However, we are a mature and established company and we will refrain from hiring candidates without their complete employment documents. It seems that you may not have submitted all the required documents related to your past employment, hence the offer letter wasn't released. It is a candidate's choice or wish to join the company that she/he wants to. The fact that most employees in vSplash are working for 5 years and more, talks volumes about its work culture and values. vSplash takes pride in being compliant in what it does making sure we get the best talent.
