Interview with the developer team for one hour using Swift Playground working on simple apps that they outlined and expected you to complete and talk through the thought process to get to your solution. Three of those and then a fourth exercise more about architecture of an entire system considering networking, security, etc.

This was such a waste of time. The CEO was disinterested in interviewing. No format. No interest in anything the candidate had to say. This seemed like an exercise to just steal ideas. The VP had excellent questions though.
