-On a personal level, the CEO is a genuinely pleasant and good-natured person. -The work can be interesting if you live and breathe web3/crypto and want a job that completely absorbs your life. -Inclusive and diversified.

-Chronically disorganized. The company justifies it by pointing to web3’s fast pace, but this chaos existed long before that. There’s no self-reflection, and the messy environment keeps tangling further into itself. -Paints itself as a horizontal organization, but hierarchy is very real: information is siloed, and upper management blames lower levels for not “riding the waves” fast enough when they are actually being kept in the dark about many things. -Everyone is left to fend for themselves. No real collaboration or mutual growth. There’s a constant feeling of being unappreciated and on the verge of being laid off, even after positive reviews. Extremely tense, stressful atmosphere. The company reinvents itself every few years. That might be necessary (and even a good skill in tough economic times), but it leads to big rounds of layoffs. Be ready to transform or die (most likely die). -The company feels like a monster with many heads: the CEO plants an idealistic flag on the moon, and all the heads start pulling in different directions to reach it. Some fall, a few survive the rampage. Management across the board is a mess. Any attempt to create an organized system is short-lived, quickly swallowed by disorderly or uncooperative staff. -The raw fintech culture is on steroids, despite claims of caring about education or other social values. Palpable feeling of "loss of heart" across the organization. -Political, biased, empty rhetoric paired with pro-USA corporate propaganda feels cringey, opportunistic, and hypocritical. -Creatively very poor. No opportunities for innovation, always chasing standards and trends. No upper management recognition of the talents in-house. Everyone is merely a cost on a financial sheet.
