As every other agency, Ask Phill is a fast paced environment where you have the possibility to deal with multiple brands at the time. The office mood and culture is good. Its mostly international and very young.

The salary is low, compared to any company. But it’s quite average compared to any other agency. The room for salary growth once you’re in is really low. That’s why I’d recommend to negotiate it properly when you enter.
